Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 5-6 business days after payment confirmation as all the candles are crafted carefully with hands and takes time to prepare. 

Shipping Duration:

• After processing is completed, your order will be shipped and will typically arrive within 3-6 business days in transit, depending on your location. There could be some delays in transit during festive times of which our store won’t be liable and no refunds will be offered for the same. 

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping of Rs 70 is charged for all the orders below Rs 599. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

• In the rare event of lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist in tracking or resolving the issue promptly.
